Today was a beautiful day in Newport, the waterfront was full of people. I walked the route intended for the Worldwide Photowalk on October 6. I left a message today with the International Yacht Restoration School and am hoping they will give us access to the workshop and to the Coronet Restoration building. The Beetle Cat and other old boat photos were taken in the IYRS yard, with one picture of a boat in restoration displayed in the open workshop entrance. Other shots were from walking around town, and in a very cool antique shop that is along our walk route. I will share this post with the photographers who have registered to do the walk. There were three others as of yesterday, perhaps this week more will join.

Thanks Jeff, only 4 walkers registered so far. I’m actually relieved. It could have mushroomed to 50 and I don’t know how I would have managed such a horde!
