I met Carol and her husband today in the Beehive Cafe. We all agreed she resembles Mona Lisa! Wonderful person….My webpage introduction references I “tired” of shooting digital imagery. That was before I started shooting with the Leica M240 and the 35 and 50 Summicron. While the Leica digital images don’t have film’s distinct character, they have a wonderful (to me) character of their own, largely from the two lenses that I adore. I love shooting the Leica rangefinder system in film and digital. As I progress with photography, what I am learning is that I like near things (people and objects) and far things (minimalist landscapes) to photograph. I don’t know if this makes sense, but perhaps I am narrowing my style. I can’t say I yet have a signature style today, and some day I hope I can muster one. If I can figure out how to change the intro I will but so far, I can’t!
