After a substantial sell-off of cameras, using open shelving was not working for me. There remained too much clutter. So I purchased some shelving and an electronic dry cabinet to house my photography and music books and my lenses and camera bodies, and assembled a cabinet for my photo and document printers. I still own too many camera bags, and intend selling the ones I don’t use or that are duplicative. The order is a relief.

I used to keep it all stored in different camera bags, hence the explosion in bag population. And then I could never find anything (surprise!), especially after emptying a bag to use it. Now that things are organized, the challenge will be to put things back where they “belong”!
