I was sitting alone enjoying the sunshine in this park in New York. This man took a shine to me for some reason. Our talk evolved to his many troubles including being accused without justification for doing something sordid in Central Park and the lack of support for the homeless in New York and other things. I never confessed to being a lawyer as far as I recall, but he sought legal advice anyway. I asked to take his picture and he agreed. I must have the lawyer’s look from all the years of playing one. The conversation left me sad, with an understanding such a plight is only one wrong turn away for many people.
