Camera therapy

I spent tonight helping friends solve a deep seated problem. It’s a wonder I can muster this, given how solving my own is so elusive. I have a great life, and problems are just a normal part of it. In the end, as I told one of the friends afterwards, the solution is to be mindful and kind. And then I sought refuse in a true elixir, my camera. These images were shot in Newport, Rhode Island in the dying light.
