FP 4 Party

It was an overcast day today. I was in Newport on business. After finishing I trespassed into the private beach club to take some shots of the shore.

I have not shot a lot of Ilford FP4, still learning. This roll I shot at box speed. I underexposed a lot of the images and had to raise exposure by a stop or so in Lightroom. The image with the gull above the rock formation had flare to the right of the small tree, either from scanning glare or failing to employ the lens hood (me thinks?). I liked the images so did my best to brush it out. I am not very good at editing, but I still like the shot. The next time I shoot this film, I will give it more exposure in the camera.

I am shooting a lot of film and enjoying the process. I am working hard to get better at it.
