More Colors From the Leica M8 In Colorful Providence

I am having great fun wandering around the City with this wonderful old camera. Providence is a very vibrant place. Artists have been commissioned to paint murals on many of the buildings. I chatted with Rico for a while. He is the man near the white truck in one of the images. He marveled at the talent of those who create these beautiful murals. His conversation meandered to art of 10,000 years ago. He wondered how the workers atop the Sphinx placed the giant limestone blocks just so to form the iconic sculpture. He spoke of how men with giant chisels carved Lincoln’s face at Mount Rushmore. Artists are blessed. They are not built like most people. While the City is riddled with graffiti there is none to be found on any of the murals. It is a sign of respect for sure.

Turning to the M8, it truly is a filmic experience. The colors are sublime and to my taste. No color correction was applied, only tweaks to exposure were made.
